I spoke with the Student Services Dept. at District 214 (847-718-7658). They maintain extensive transcripts and medical records from both Arlington High and Forest View. In some cases, transcripts go back to the early 1900s.
They'll be able to send you an official transcript and proof that you graduated, but you won't be able to get a copy of your diploma, which is only given out for the graduation ceremony itself.
